Admitad is a global provider of innovative performance marketing solutions, monetization technologies, partnership services and earning management with a partner network of more than 3000 advertisers and +100K active publishers. We are looking for a Head of Sales to direct our sales teams, improve their performance, and help them achieve their goals. To be successful as a Head of Sales, you must have good leadership skills and the ability to drive the company’s success.
You will be responsible for:
Maintain the current sales methodology;
Manage sales teams and carry on sales operations;
Set sales goals and achieve them;
Identify points of growth and develop sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals;
Implement sales goals and provide them to key individuals;
Establish and maintain key customer relationships;
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales are handled effectively;
Build strong, effective sales teams;
Monitor the market, keep an eye on competitor products and activities, and provide detailed sales forecasting.
المهارات
We expect:
A minimum of three years of experience in a sales leadership position with sales technology and CRM software;
Fluency in English, another language such as German, Spanish or French is a plus;
In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques;
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills;
Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills;
Experience with SaaS sales; demos are a major plus.
