·Study and interpret drawings to fabricate, position, align and fit parts of assembly - as specified
Carry out fabrication of steel structure as per drawings provided
Carry out fabrication of steel piping as per drawings provided
Should have ability to work with MS and SS materials.
Carry out fabrication of steels vessels and tanks etc
Responsible for welding, fabrication and installation activities as assigned by supervisors at site
Should be able to carry out necessary repairs, refurbishments and modifications of piping and structure works at plant
Should be able to interpret the measurements and verify the specifications
Work in new and development projects as required
Check stocks of available material (related to his area of work) and advise supervisors for re-ordering etc
Carry out erection works of piping, structure and equipment at various levels as required
Carry out inspection of portable and hand machines / tools for use during the work
