الوصف الوظيفي Missions : As CEO, you will primarily support the team. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and ensuring the efficient operation of the business - Propose new projects and products that will enhance the development of the company. - Define objectives and strategy - Monitor and manage the performance of current investment portfolios - Establish a framework to meet and exceed portfolio returns - Generate and identify new investment opportunities - Provide reports and work on ad hoc projects as needed. - Mentor and coach junior team members - Establish contacts with new clients المهارات - 10+ years of experience and expertise in private equity, multi-asset investing, investment selection, investment and investment research - Dynamic and visionary - Have strong leadership skills and ability to build rapport and relationships with external investors. - Have experience in fund documentation, reporting and possess excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, as well as teamwork and collaboration ➔ Required Criteria: - Languages Fluent English - Have the ability to work well with members of the investment team, as well as external investors تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/executive-chief-executive-officer-ceo-4658110/ |
