Job Position: Demand Planning Executive
Location: Dubai
• Qualification : Undergraduate Degree in Business, Statistics, Finance, or similar
• Experience : 3-4 years’ work experience in relevant field or equivalent
• Salary : AED 6000
Job responsibilities
• Demand Planning
• Apply and maintain Oracle Demantra software as the primary forecasting system tool.
• Ensure Demand Plan is accurately loaded into Demantra module of Oracle in a timely manner
• Analyze historical sales data and future plans while working cross-functionally to achieve continuous improvement in the accuracy of demand forecasts
• Management Reporting
• Data collation, metrics aggregation from various sources to produce weekly, monthly, quarterly MIS
• Support inline manager to develop and deliver business reports to support operational process
• Support inline manager to develop baseline forecasts for budget planning
• Apply rigorous analytical techniques including data collection, data matching and report development
• Assistance in the development of bespoke analysis and reports across all the divisions
• Orders and Inventory Management Coordination
• Provide input to the Inventory control teams in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs
• Partner and coordinate concerned parties to ensure proper control is performed on orders. Suggest changes if needed.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; high proficiency in PowerBI would be an advantage
• Oracle Demantra experience helpful
• Excellent Communications skills (written, verbal)
• Ability to work effectively in an open, team environment
