Identify and manage interactions with assigned group of existing customers to identify cross-selling/up-selling and repeat sales opportunities
Engage in regular customer outreach to acquire a thorough understanding of key needs and requirements and propose solutions accordingly
Coordinate with customers as well as internal teams to ensure that products and services best suited to serve requirements are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Liaise with customers and resolve problems and ensure customers receive high quality customer service
Oversee the activities performed by merchandising and promotional personnel in assigned key customers and provide course correction if required
Conduct pre-sales and post-sales follow ups with customers in order to collect feedback and incorporate any necessary changes in policies
Direct planning and selection of manpower in the designated Division, in line with the business and operational plans
Ensure high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing on-going feedback and coaching team members within Division
Distribute and allocate day-to-day business activities to direct subordinates and supervise execution and delivery of operational tasks and assignments by providing on-the-job guidance and support

Academic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
Language skills
Arabic and English
