Roles and Responsibilities:
• Pricing and quotations along with coordination, accepting bookings, and processing AWBs for DHL, FedEx and UPS
• Track & trace and update customers on a daily basis
• Responding promptly to customers inquiries
• POD update to clients upon delivery
