Public Relation Officer

We are currently looking for an Emirati national, who can join immediately and with experience as a Public Relation Officer for our company in Dubai.
Rons Facilties management a well established organization is seeking to hire an experience, professional, young and energetic ideal candidate for the position of Public Relation officer
Requirement:
• The candidate must have experience in similar job with strong experience with govt. organization and embassies
• Good influencing skills
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
• Valid Driving license
• Good computer skills MS office
• Maintaining and monitoring documentation and following up on necessary action
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Abiltiy to perform under pressure and address complaint in timely manner
• Responsible for coordinating and liasing between the company and government organization / authorities and providing key interface between the two
• Provide quick efficient and reliable service for all government related jobs to business licenses to the company , adhering to the regular amendments in rules and regulations within concise notices
• Make sure all business and trade license are updated, and follow up officer approvals, and permits to prevent unnecessary violations
• Work closely with Dubai Economic department for the arrangement of legal documentation
