Project Managers

We are Hiring Project Managers
• Min. 08 to 10 years UAE Experience in building construction
• Job responsibilities are as listed below; but not limited to:
• Initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling and closure of specific projects while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within the scope.
• Overseeing several projects at the same time if assigned to.
• Compile and plan budgets, cost estimates, and other financial estimates for the projects.
• Assisting in preparing bids for tenders.
• Agreeing on timescales, costs and resources needed to deliver a project.
• Detailing and executing a plan for how to achieve each project stage.
• Selecting and leading a multi-disciplinary project team.
• Negotiating with contractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate, plan, and manage schedules for contractors and subcontractors.
• Order and manage materials and equipment.
• Provide internal reporting and projections for inventory.
• Regularly communicating with staff at every level regarding the project progress or lags.
• Ensuring that each stage of the project is on time, on budget and up to the agreed industry specification and standard.
• Oversee and supervise project progress and provide reports on timeline, progress, variations and adjustments.
• Act on variations and to ensure that they are brought to the notice of the concerned and the relevant payments are received upon getting the necessary approvals.
• Reporting regularly on project progress to the consultant, client and the Company.
• Resolving any issues regarding delays during the phase wise project execution.
• Demonstrating knowledge in all areas of building construction.
• Ensure that all legal requirements, documentations, building and safety codes, safety inspections, local guidelines and regulations are met during every phase of the project.
• Ensure that projects are completed economically and handed over on time.
