Alleanza Healthcare LLC-MENA is urgently looking for a Homecare Lead Nurse to be part of the Homecare Division in Dubai.
Under the overall guidance of the Home Care Manager, the successful candidate is expected to direct and supervise nursing services in the assigned department. You will also manage and evaluate program activities to ensure optimal care. Furthermore, you are expected to prepare the procurement of supplies and equipment, perform all contractually required services, and ensure that patient care is performed effectively in accordance with Alianza Healthcare’s policies, procedures, and standards.
To be qualified for the role, the ideal candidate must have:
• DHA License RN with at least 7-8 years overall experience of which, a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role
• With strong leadership skills and can easily adapt to a multicultural environment
• Highly effective communication skills and demonstrate flexibility
• Computer savvy
• Great attention to details
