الوصف الوظيفي • Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, EOSB, and other deductions. • Ensures accurate and timely processing of employee details and payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay scale. • Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions. • Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors. • Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures. • Performs other duties as assigned projects related to payroll • Assess and recommend payroll processing solutions in additional operating jurisdictions • Documentation of new or enhanced policy, procedure, and practices المهارات • Willingness to have close, daily collaboration with staff in multiple regions • Actively engaged in all aspects of payroll management • Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of data • Exhibit the highest standards of professional integrity and business ethics. • Very good communications skills, both oral and written. • Strong inter-personal skills. • Can work independently but open to feedbacks from colleagues • Very strong organizational, time management, planning and prioritization skills • Open to adapt and suggest new ideas and system enhancements • Accepts ownership to tasks, projects and issues by tracking and reporting until completion • Intermediate to advance level in working with Oracle ERP and/or Fusion is a must • Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/hr-payroll-officer-4654426/ |
