Business Development Executive

الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:

Promote business in both the property management, leasing and real estate sales
Identify and establish relationship with individual and multiple unit holders
Follow up and close deals with commercial and residential unit holders
Listing of real estate units lease and sales on company website
Create, develop and exploit commercial opportunities to increase the company’s income through existing and potential new clients

المهارات
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum 3 years of Business Development/ Sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry
Strong client relationship management skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization
