Hiring Accountant
Responsibilities
• Support accounts/MIS head to liaise with customers, suppliers and other departments as required.
• Maintain appropriate books and records
• Ensure day to day accounting is complete
• Ensure timely collections/payments, its accounting and periodic reconciliation of account balances with statements/confirmations.
• Preparing financial reports and insights including compliance/exception reports.
• Prepare financial analysis & performance reports of Company/Departments.
• Assist in cash flow forecasts/budgets/forecasts/variance reporting.
• Ensure real time accounting for the day to day financial operations
• Ensure full adherence to SOPs and policies
• Support Accounts Head in setting and measuring various operational KPIs and standards
• Assist in regular departmental KPI reports, compliance reports, exception reports, performance reports of employees
• Ensure inventory records are accurate
• Ensure stock transactions are timely recorded
• Perform regular price updating for customers.
• Prepare analysis for purchase order working.
• Preparation of SKU WMS templates.
Skills & Qualifications
• Good experience in managing Accounting in ERP specifically Oracle/SAP.
• Graduation / Post graduation degree in Commerce, Full/part professional qualification (CA/ACCA/CPA/CMA).
• Advanced skills in MS Office including excel.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the relevant field directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified with at least 3 years in UAE market. FMCG industry vertical experience will be an additional requirement.
