Senior UX Designer

Hiring Senior UX Designer to relocate to Dubai (Yes we provide you the relocation support)
Job Purpose
• Responsible for the user experience and design system across multiple custom desktop and mobile applications we develop in-house.
• You will participate in user-defined research interviews that help define a persona-centric design system across the Atom core product line.
• A core requirement is an exceptional ability to apply creative thinking to devise intuitive navigation and interaction for complex systems. In addition, you will deliver across all lifecycle stages, from rapid prototyping and wire framing to interaction and surface design, while working closely with the product management and development team.
• With support and direction, the ideal candidate will play a significant role in helping to shape future innovation.
• Ability to apply persona and user research methods to shape design output
• Proficiency in rapid prototyping and designing sprint-style workshops
• Excellent journey/customer mapping presentation skills
• A keen eye for interaction and visual design
• Fantastic communication skills
• Highly motivated to deliver exceptional UX through all digital channels
• Capable of understanding and generating close connections to the customer and business use case
Knowledge and Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree and above in design or equivalent experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in the fintech or insurtech industry is an advantage
• Exceptional eye for detail and standards of quality
