Project Manager

Spencer Interiors & Contracting is looking to hire on an immediate basis.
An experienced Project Manager to join their team in Dubai for the timely and cost-effective delivery of their projects to the highest standards.
Requirements:
• The below minimum qualifications are essential in order to be considered for the said position.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering/Arch/Interior Design
• Society of Engineering membership
• Minimum of 5-6 years UAE experience in Interior Fit-out works
• Experience in an Interior Fit-out and Construction firm.
• Working knowledge of Auto CAD and MS office, MS projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Valid UAE driving license is a must
Job Description
• Managing project and leading the site team
• Submission of drawing and documents to authorities towards approvals
• Preparing project schedule in MS project
• Review of shop drawings.
• Responding to field requested changes.
• Effective site monitoring on daily basis to achieve the project set
• Goals with regards to time, cost and quality.
• Taking quantities for the materials to order from Auto Cad
• Communicating with client on day to day basis
• Effective Coordination with various internal departments (Purchase/Design/Sales/QS)
• All other project related duties may be assigned
