الوصف الوظيفي Responsibilities Sales Coordination – 80% to 85% • Responding to and following up with incoming client inquiries via email, calls and any other platform. • Communicating with clients and collecting the key information required for creating client proposals. • Creating client proposals and quotes based on the client’s requirements • Closely following up with the client till closure/confirmation. • Sharing confirmed project details with the operations team. • Managing and updating CRM data and other relevant data supporting sales team. • Keeping proposal templates updated • Completing all vendor registrations on client-assigned systems. • Reaching out to hotels partners for availability and venue bookings. • Creating and sharing invoices with clients and following up for payments.
