COST CONTROLLER
Position Title: Cost Controller
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K SAR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Riyadh,KSA
About the Client:
A chain of standalone café restaurants based in Riyadh, KSA
Job Description:
Responsible to control the Food & Beverage Cost in terms of wastage, pilferage, and efficiency.
Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties.
Check and verify voids , discounts, complimentary sales, staff meals in the POS system, happy hour discounts and all settlements.
Daily import of POS Sales to Odoo ERP System to check daily revenue and tally all by end of shift.
Responsible for surprise spot checks at all F&B;outlets.
Coordinate with restaurant management and finance to sort out issues pertaining to F&B;المهارات
Qualifications:
38 years old
At least 4 years’ experience in the same role from F&B;/Hospitality industry
Must have experience with accounting system, POS System, and cost and inventory systems i.e., Odoo & foodics is an advantage
Should have a valid Driver’s license
