Our client is a start-up digital asset company.
They are now looking for a Head of Operations – OTC Desk to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct pricing/execution to facilitate electronic OTC Crypto trading
Hedge and monitor risk until trades are closed.
Manage risks including counterparty risks, exchange risks and lending risks.
Expand trading business to new trading products and new clients.

Qualifications:
4-8 years of experience in OTC or trading desk operations
Expert knowledge of cryptocurrency trading, lending, and complex automated platforms.
Previous working experience in the front office with trading experience
