Our company is looking for a part-time Accounts/Admin officer to support our Dubai team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, key responsibilities include:
• Bookkeeping (recording of transactions, bank reconciliation, etc.)
• Handle VAT and prepare returns
• Monthly sales invoicing
• Receivables management (sending out statements, arranging collection)
• Assist the finance manager in reports and other accounting tasks
• Prepare fee proposals
• Handle courier and related tasks
• Document maintenance (scanning, copying, filing, digital storage)
• Coordinate with PRO for company licenses, staff visas & renewals, etc.
• Assist other staff on administrative matters
