Customer Service Representative required in Dubai
Khorium Technologies is looking for a Customer service representative With Telesales who will be responsible to maintain effective communication between our clients and company as well as to gain potential new customers.
To be successful in this role you as a candidate must answer calls, effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
What we require for you to success in this role:
• You can communicate with full proficiency in English (Fluent).
• You can communicate with full proficiency in Hindi (Fluent).
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
• You have min 1 year customer service experience in a call center.
• You have telesales experience.
• Proven track record of over-achieving targets.
• Must have a polite tone and voice.
• Communication in Hindi/ English must be easily understood.
• Be compassionate and calm in stressful situation.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Your job duty is as the following:
• Communicate with clients via phone calls or chat.
• Identify the customers’ needs and solve issues with clarity.
• Aim to upsell our services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Form loyal relationships with customers providing excellent service.
