Hiring HR Business Partner
• Conducting day to day performance management guidance to line managers (for example mentoring, career planning, coaching, etc.).
• Helping line manager’s deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues.
• Optimizing organizational design to increase productivity and improve performance of the business.
• Collaborating with other HR team members on implementing innovative and inclusive recruitment, talent management strategies.
• Implementing reward and recognition interventions to increase bottom-line results and employee engagement.
• Providing advice and suggestions for culture-related initiatives, such as cultural transformation.
• Implementing HRM interventions on employee wellness, diversity and inclusion, or talent management.
• Implementing Employee Engagement processes and initiatives.
• Designing grievance policies and code of conduct to create comprehensive progressive discipline practice and reviews progressive discipline documentation for accuracy and consistency.
• Bringing issues concerning employee satisfaction to the attention of the department manager and create an action plan for implementation.
• Enforcing the development and improvement of people policies and processes.
