Hiring - Estore Incident Manager in leading Multinational Company at Dubai location.
Job Title : Hybirs Incident Asst Mgr
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
• To provide #Hybris technical support and guidance.
• To provide #eCommerce platform’s technical support and guidance.
• To provide 1st line support to subsidiaries’ eCommerce managers for eCommerce platform operations.
• To engage with the subsidiaries’ marketing & eCommerce managers, internal clients, and the operation team to resolve any issues or queries related to systems.
• To handle web pages security audit review and request.
• To engage with HQ development team to resolve issues, which need implementation.
• To gather requirements from the eCommerce managers and operation team to enhance the system.
Essential
• 5+ yrs experience in #HybriseCommerce platform operations and development.
• At least 2/3 years’ experience in #Website operation and development
• AEM experience is necessary with sound understanding of all #AEM building
• blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, social components etc., code build and deployment process.
• Languages & Scripts : SQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, Java(or C, C++)
• Technical Knowledge on ecommerce platforms.
• Proven understanding of computer operations and troubleshooting for ecommerce platforms
• Knowledge in #web security (XSS, Plain text transmission, SQL injection, etc...)
• Fluent in English in order to communicate with all relevant stakeholders
