Quality Control Officer

We are hiring Quality Control Officer- Immediate Joining.
Responsibilities
• Ensure the quality of the products and processes to meet the standard & Specification from raw material to finished product.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality
• In-line and on-line inspection and testing of products
• Inspect Raw materials used for processing
• Verify and ensure compliance – from storage of raw materials till finished product
• Perform On-line testing for products at various stages
• Implementing and ensure Good Hygiene practices in the Factory.
• Daily, weekly, monthly sanitation auditing, personnel hygiene and pest control auditing in the factory.
• Supervising Cleaning supervisor, Cleaners and allotting task.
• Maintain the document needed for FSMS, QMS and Dubai Municipality, Food Watch.
• Make sure of the Quality system and Food Safety System in place.
• Organizing Cleaning Schedule and follow up of its progress.
• Provide induction, on job training to all employees on food safety
• Organizing and conducting training schedule for food handlers.
• Reporting to Manager regarding any Nonconformance noticed.
Qualifications
• Graduate or post graduate (Microbiology / Food technology/Biotechnology) with 2+GCC experience in the same field
• HACCP level 3
• PIC level 3.
• Food safety level 4
Experience:
• Minimum 2 Years
