Hiring CRM Specialist (IT Consultancy) - Onsite - Dubai, UAE
We are seeking a highly motivated CRM Specialist (Lebanese or Jordanian Nationals Only) with significant experience to join a well-known IT Consultancy located in Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
• Configure and Install MS Dynamics 365 projects.
• Design solutions that involve Dynamics 365 customizations to include Client-side scripting, plugin code, custom business logic, and workflows.
• Design and develop business solutions based on SQL Server database, reporting and integration services.
• Communicate and enforce best practice coding standards.
• Consistently deliver high-quality services to internal customers on schedule.
• Communicate complex information effectively with the team and the clients.
• Scale solutions to meet internal customers’ goals and budget.
• Review and refactor code.
• Deploy fully functional applications.
• Documentation.
• Troubleshoot and bug fix existing solutions
Qualification, Experience & Skills
• BA in Computer Science or related major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related position.
• Development and implementation of Dynamics solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerApps, PowerBI.
• Understanding of Cloud services and tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills Proficiency in SSRS, C# .NET, ASP.Net, REST, & SQL Server.
• Knowledge of security standards and techniques for web applications.
• Strong Analytical & problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to convey concepts/requirements between technical and non- technical stakeholders.
• Familiar with project building methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and DevOps.
• Communication skills (writing and verbal) in English.
• Ability to work both individually and within a team.
