Interactive Telecom looking for Sales Development Manager/Sales Manager /Account Manager for ELV System
Job Location: United Arab Emirates, Dubai
Salary Range: Based on Experience.
In order to maintain our company’s competitiveness and innovation, we are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager for our ELV/Security Systems to assist us in achieving our revenue growth target. Making sales plans and justifying them to top management will be your responsibility.
Requirement and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Strong business sense and technical knowledge of ELV systems like CCTV, ACS, Intruder Alarm Systems, Networking, etc.
• Ability to operate independently
• Successful prior work history is in sales & consistently met or exceeded sales goals.
• Experience with cross-selling and understanding the customer.
• Outstanding negotiating skills with the capacity to understand customer needs, and negotiate complex sales.
Major Responsibilities:
• Achieve your sales and sales goals
• Create & carry out a comprehensive business plan to increase the company’s clients and ensure its presence.
• Establish and maintain enduring relationships with customers by working together to understand their needs.
• Report sales, revenue, and expenses to the Management team, along with realistic forecasts.
• Recognize new markets & trends while being completely aware of new products and competition.
