Opportunity for Senior Project Manager / Lead Project Manager (Retail Malls or Multi Retail Asset Development - Design Stages through to Construction & Delivery) - DUBAI UAE.
• Salary ranges from 45K to 55K AED per month, all in package. Plus, Healthcare and Flights.
• Candidates must be in the UAE already. Or have UAE prior experience.
• Must have PMC (project management consultancy background and experience) with a leading Tier 1 Construction Consultancy group.
• Must have prior Retail/ Malls / Large Retail Podium type experience, ideally in the UAE / other GCC experience.
• Must be able to take on the Lead Project Manager role from Design states through construction and handover.
• You will have a min of 12+ years’ experience in the construction Consultancy sector/ will consider mixed sector background also but majority must be in PMC.
• Project pre and post contract delivery of scheme design and development management of major packages with the programme scope.
• Construction and design management, manage solutions to meet the client’s expectations and budget.
• Local government approvals process.
• Administer contracts, manage compliance of contractors/consultants to the contract terms and conditions.
• Stakeholder negotiations, internal and external reporting. project documentation, programs, master budget etc.
• Project Monitor and report on the contractor’s progress against the contract program.
• Manage and collaborate and work with the key stakeholder teams.
• Immediate role requirement, Interview and appoint!
