Job Description:
• Directs food preparation and collaborates with the executive chef.
• Helps in the design of the food and drink menu.
• Produces high-quality plates, including both design and taste.
• Oversees and supervises kitchen staff.
• Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies.
• Ensures that food is top quality, and that kitchen is in good condition.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years solid experience as sous chef in a high-end casual dining
Employment Type: Full Time
• Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
