Reinsurance Services Coordinator
The role is part of our market commitment to continuously provide quality and prompt service management services that support our growing reinsurance placement and underwriting activities in the AMEA region.
Position Summary
• Responsible for managing all Endorsement and Claims activities of the account, including generating the corresponding financial documents / closings.
• Provides support to the risk placement brokers and renewal preservation team members on assigned accounts.
• Conduct client analysis (cedent, reinsurer, and co-broking partners) on a quarterly basis and as required.
• Liaise with other team members internally to facilitate efficient and effective post-placement services.
• Enter the request & update the system for Endorsement / Claims tracking.
Qualifications
• Strong attention to details and a keen sense of accuracy in the data processing task.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize own workload whilst adhering to tight and pressing deadlines.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly, and to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as being a team player.
• Can easily learn and manage systems and applications used by the company.
• 3 to 5 years of commercial insurance, preferably reinsurance broking experience.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Ability in producing management reports and data analysis
Key Highlights
• The candidate should be in the UAE (Dubai) and preferably with current UAE residency.
• The position will be situated in our corporate headquarters in the Dubai International Financial Center.
