Hiring Retail Director (Dubai)
Based in Dubai (is a must)
The Retail Director will be responsible for driving the jewelry retail development The Retail Director is responsible for setting up the business plan of the brand, commercial strategy implementation , targets, and objectives in alignments with the Regional Commercial Director .
Main responsibilities:
• In line with the Regional Commercial Director r vision, elaborate and develop the plan and budget
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to Management and Retail teams
• Retail performance monitoring to ensure retail excellency across network and business development
• Extensive customer centric approach and close collaborative work with Marketing and CRM teams
• Retail & Operations: oversee ambitious regional retail network development plan
• Demonstrate strong understanding of the industry, local culture, business environment, ability to analyze market trends, competitors’ activities
• Management of the merchandising, Sales, and Operations.
PROFILE
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
• 7+ years minimum of progressively responsible luxury retail management experience with P&L;responsibility, ideally in the J&W;industry
• Multi-store experience or management of a retail network
• Written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English is a must and Arabic is a plus
• Ability to travel across the region will be required on a monthly basis
• Strategical thinking, leadership and vision
• Analytical skills and strong commercial mindset
