Senior HR Generalist required
Falcon Group is looking to fill a position of Senior HR Generalist to be based in DUBAI– UAE
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure hr. operations, procedures, and policies are efficient and in compliance with legislation and best practices.
• Administer compensation and benefit plans.
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
• Undertake tasks in performance management.
• Solid understanding/experience with human resources and payroll processes.
• Complete employee lifecycle management and records within the HRMS software.
Requirements:
• Qualification: Masters in HRMS and relevant tools.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Salary range: 5000-6000 AED.
