We are looking for a Contact Center Coordinator in Dubai.
Roles:
• Hiring and training contact center agents.
• Establishing and monitoring KPIs and goals for the contact center.
• Developing schedules and rosters and conducting training.
• Resolving any client/customer issues or other contact center problems that may occur.
Required Education, Qualification and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in Genesis contact center solution.
• 5 years in a contact center supervisory role.
• Experience in corporate contact center operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
