Hiring Talent Acquisition specialist, seasoned recruiter with a minimum experience of 2 years in a recruitment firm and with experience in hiring for various industries including Luxury Salon (nail technicians, Salon managers, hair stylists)
Requirements:
• Immediate hiring, HR Recruiter with a background in Luxury Salon Industry
• Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process, offer negotiation, and so on.
• In charge of achieving hiring objectives by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates.
• Work closely with chairman to understand the company’s hiring requirements for each position while meeting competitive hiring goals and expectations.
• Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies.
• Contribute to performance management processes.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Send email offer letters and respond to questions about comprehension and benefits.
• Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle for a variety of open positions, assisting management in finding, hiring, and retaining quality talent.
• Use knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and new business prospects.
• Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process, from interview preparation to final offer negotiation. Qualification:
• British nationality is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, or a closely related field is preferred.
• Prioritization and multitasking abilities are required.
• Excellent structure, organization, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
