Retail Associate

We are looking Retail Associate to join our procurement department for UAE Business
Responsibilities:
• Assist customer in their journey of selling car without hassle
• Responsible to procure good quality car based on the pricing and achieve monthly targets
• Identify the seller key point using the standard open and close ended qualifying question, that would help in convincing the customer
• Assist the customer in closing the deal by using appropriate trial closing, negotiation, perceived value increase and objection handling technique
• Complete the appropriate documentation for the Accepted offer and coordinate with the operational team until the payment of the customer is done
• Ensure that customer receive excellent, courteous and prompt service until the entire journey with the car24 is done
• Cultivating successful relationship with retail customer
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in automotive industry
• Preferable prior experience in buying or selling of cars
• Graduate degree is a must
• Prior experience in Buying or selling cars is preferable but not mandatory
• Excellent negotiation skills
