We are looking for Project Development Head - Dubai, UAE:
Job Description:
• Responsible for initiating and delivering project opportunities, project delivery, sales/self- delivery and P&L;.
• Deliver projects to completion on time and on budget to the satisfaction of all parties.
• Strategically plan and develop long term opportunities by creating a pipeline of potential projects (fit out and asset replacement) across Pakistan. This includes exploring business segments like Offices, Industrial and Retail.
• Develop a project business plan and annual financial plan for revenue and profit delivery.
• Carry out monthly forecasting and ensure the project are delivered at the right margins.
• Identify, reduce and manage all risks (technical, statutory, health and safety, commercial or otherwise) associated with each and every project.
Education & Experience:
• Qualification: Masters / Bachelor’s in Engineering in Civil / Architecture from reputed Local / International University.
• Experience: 8-10 years in Real Estate Development.
Skills Required:
• Qualified & well versed with the real estate industry of Dubai.
• Well Versed with real estate by-laws of Dubai.
• Must be proficient in constructing & developing High-Rise Buildings.
• Knowledge of relevant software
