Scope

Based in Dubai, we are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Intern to join our professional team and gain experience in Valuation & Advisory, Strategy & Consulting, Research and Commercial Agency.

Responsibilities

· A willingness to learn and develop an understanding of the real estate market.

· To research accurately and present this information in writing.

· Research on key trends/developments in real estate regionally and globally in order to provide informed opinion.

· Support the team in providing market research on the office, retail, industrial, hospitality and residential real estate markets.

· Update a database related to all real estate sectors in the UAE.

Professional Experience and Personal Skills Profile

· Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

· Team player with good inter personal skills.

· Excellent communication skills.
