Having managed Organization Design, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Selection, onboarding, VISA processing.
HRIS core employee data, Payroll, Performance Management and Separation independently for a medium size organization having 100 to 400 employees.
Additionally, he/she should have 2+ years of experience in assisting HR Head in reviewing current policy and implementing updates, revising, and analyzing HR data and creating meaning full insights to implement changes.
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree in HRD
The candidate should be excellent in speaking, reading, comprehension and drafting in English
The ideal candidate should have minimum 2-5 years’ experience as a generalist
Additional certifications related to HRD i.e. Job Evaluation
