Sales and Marketing Representative

We are urgently hiring and looking for a 5 enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Representative
Position:
Company: Gold Dragon Trading (under the management of China Center Dubai Digital Park (CCDDP)
• Nature of Business: Digital Marketing, deals with digital currencies to associate with investors
• Location: Dubai Digital Park, Silicon Oasis Dubai, UAE
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Paid Trial Period: 7 Days
• Probation days: 90 Days
• Day Off per Month: 2 Days (you can set your own off max of 2 days/month)
• Must have at least 30 days valid visa remaining
• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Experience in: telemarketer/sales representative, Offline /online sales with 2 yrs min. experience (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone or in chat as a supports and maintaining good customer relationships.
• Contact potential Clients, Investors or existing clients to recommend the company to another clients or investors, and convert potential clients into investors.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Update customer information in the database.
• No Target of quota yet, but see to it that you facilitate future sales according to the given task and time frame.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information for Ideal Profile Requirements
• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
• Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects clients or investors.
• Strong and professional convincing skills.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal.
KEY POINTS：
• Have relevant experience in sales (offline & online).
• Ability to use common computer software applications and social media platforms.
• Who have worked before in online sales and marketing.
• Handling customer’s complaints and queries.
• Able to work with the marketing department to understand and communicate to the field.
• Comfortable with interacting all sorts of customers.
• Good interpersonal, communication skills and customer service.
• Typing speed 35 WPS and above.

• Basic salary: 3,000 AED (additional 1,000 AED if able to speak, read, and write Chinese language).
