Garda Decor Furniture Trading LLC is a leading design furniture brand in Russia. We offer high-quality interior items, decor, upholstered furniture and lighting in the modern art deco style. We have our own production of upholstered furniture.

Today there are more than 70 Garda Decor shops across Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Estonia.

We continue growing and opening up new horizons!

In connection with the opening of a new project in Dubai, UAE, we are looking to add a Showroom Manager of to our team.

Important for us:

- Successful experience of selling furniture;

- Ability to communicate with people, to build long-term relationships with clients;

- Ability to promote the brand;

- Ability to form a team, set tasks, control results, be a mentor;

- Being goal-oriented.

المهارات
Your responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring of key performance indicators;

- Working with the team, providing administrative support;

- Execution of the sales plan;

- Maintaining a high level of customer service;

- Promoting and developing the brand in UAE;

- Participating in the development and control of marketing activities.

Requirements:

- Experience in managing administrative and commercial activities in retail outlets;

- Knowledge of 1C is desirable;

- Analytical mind;

- Systematic thinking;

- Purposefulness;

- Sense of duty, responsibility, resistance to stress;

- Thriving to work under pressure;

- Ability to speak English at the C1 level and fluent Russian.
