Job Description
• Daily Cash Flow, Collection, Trading PNL, AP, AR
• Reconciliation and balance confirmation - Customers, Suppliers
• Closing of books of accounts & Monthly Financials
• Monthly Budget Updates vs. Actuals
• Vat Payment & Return Filing
• Tracking Advance payments from Customers on daily
• Cash Collection, recording
• Petty Cash Handling
• Recording of Bank transactions and Reconciliation
• Recording of Intercompany transactions and Reconciliation
• Sales invoices approval
• Recording of all Accounting transactions of PNS
• MIS Reports of PNS Dubai & Other Regions
