الوصف الوظيفي With 4-6 years’ experience in UAE with fit out company or Contracting company. Hands on with 3D Max , Sketchup, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, V-Ray, Photographic editing, Auto Cad. Must have Bachelors Degree in Interior Design. Must be ready to work under tight deadlines Excellent detailing, coordination with MEP services, structural and ID works. Complete Site handling to manage and lead workers and sub-contractors to achieve the tasks and finish the project on time. Conceptualize design, 3D renders, graphic presentations and Hand sketches, Space planning and Prepares detailed drawings, designs, plans, models, material & mood boards. Organizing and attending meetings relating to the project site/client/sub-contractors and present necessary reports. Coordinates program activities design to manage high-end floor finishes, joinery works, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, interior works, etc. from the conceptual stage through the life cycle of the projects. Ensuring the design to be amended as per authorities’ standards of (DEWA, DCD, DDA, DM, Trakhees & DMCC etc). Handle authority approvals of local agencies and Coordinate with them to obtain drawing approvals and Work Permits. Prepare material submittals, presentation and maintain records and get approvals from client and management.
