Hiring Chef De Partie - Butchery Section for A Well Known Restaurant Group In Dubai.
Ideal candidate should possess the below qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience as Chef de Partie; 2 years of which must be in the butchery section
• Must have good knowledge of meat, fish and poultry cuts
• Very good knowledge of local fish, seafood and crustaceans is a must
• Good knife handling skills
• Must have Basic Food Hygiene certificate
• Must be available to join immediately
• Salary is up to 5.5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications.
