Salary up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
About the Client:
A well-known restaurant group in Dubai.
Job Description:
• Support the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in the daily operation and work
• Work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Partie
• Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the restaurant
• Control food stock and food cost in his section
• Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control
Qualifications:
• Open to any nationality
• At least a high school graduate
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in hot, pasta, and grill section
• Must have a basic food handling (BFH) certificate
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
