We are seeking experienced Real Estate Consultants who would be handling the following tasks at our company:
• Actively support sales leads for “Buy” and “Sell” operations for clients
• Consulting clients throughout the entire sales cycle, and informing them of market prices, indicators, and prices
• Accompanying potential clients to properties for viewing meetings
• Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers
• Creating and enlisting properties onto the company’s CRM System
• Constantly updating Lead statuses on the company CRM System
Qualifications
We are looking for cool people who can answer yes to all the below questions:
• At least 2 Years of experience within the Real Estate market in the UAE, especially in Primary (Off plan) and Secondary Market.
• MUST HAVE Excellent communication skills
• Good computer and MS Office Skills
• Valid UAE Driving License would be great to have
• You should be extremely Proactive
• Love Real Estate to the core
• Well Organized
