Job description:
Oriana Hospitals, Clinics and Pharmacies in Sharjah - UAE, is hiring an experienced and passionate “Head of Pharmacy Operations” to join our teams in Sharjah on full-time basis. He will be responsible for the successful management and development of Oriana pharmacies as well as the development of in-store and online sales.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage Inventory, monitor and supervise day-to-day operations of pharmacies.
• Analyze market demands and creating sales and supply strategies
• Developing expansions plans in a strategic approach
• Drive non-prescription sales through appropriate promotions /cross-selling / merchandising programs.
• Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
• Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating best prices.
