Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are hiring Senior Quantity Surveyor (Joinery)
Requirements:
• Should have minimum requirements of 2-5 yrs. Working experience in UAE
• Preferred Male Candidate
• Bachelor Degree in Quantity of Civil Engineering Experience in Pre and Post-costing stagers.
• Preferably with joinery quantification experience.
• Should have good materials knowledge in joinery related works.
• Should be able to make the detailed description from the available drawings/renders.
• Should be able to request the right pricing information from the sub-contractors/suppliers.
• Should be able to understand the scope of work from the drawings
• Superior communication skills (verbal & written) is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of production (joinery) and installation (joinery & fit-out) procedures.
• Technically sound, Strategic planning skills, Analytical and extremely detail-oriented
• Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to adjust quickly, should there be changes in work priorities.

• Proficient in MS Office.
