Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Portray good command of concise planning to meet the company’s recruitment demands.
Analyze the current organizational demand and plan cost-effective measures for hiring suitable talent.
Carry out the recruitment process and lifecycle, including sourcing candidates conducting initial assessments, 1st line interviews and offers
Work with concerned managements to develop accurate job profile descriptions as per requirements.
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board.

Ability to conduct interviews in a clear and concise manner.
A keen eye on minute details with enthusiasm to provide efficient sourcing solutions.
Depicting excellent command over meeting the dynamics of workspace.
Exhibiting thorough knowledge in corporate recruitment activities spanning from planning to onboarding.
In-depth knowledge of telephonic, lunch, puzzle, video, and group interviews.
Professional education in Human Resource Management or subsequent domain. (Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferred)
