Safety Officer

Urgently looking for Safety Officer Temporary position for one month.
Location: Jabel Ali, Dubai.
Job Description:
• Plan and implement Occupational Health & Safety [OHS] policies and programs
• Adhere to all the OHS rules and regulations
• Enforce preventative measures
• Prepare risk assessment
• Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics
• Prepare educational seminars and webinars on a regular basis
• Review existing policies and procedures
• Identify process bottlenecks and offer timely solutions
• Check if all the employees are acting in adherence with rules and regulations
• Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes
• Oversee workplace repair, installations and any other work that could harm employees’ safety
Education & Certifications
• NEBOSH IGC or Acceptable IOSH/OHSAS Certificate from a reputable Institute
• Experience
• 3-5 years of experience as a Safety Officer or similar role preferably in any steel fabrication or production industry.
