Job Description:
Establishes restaurant business plans by surveying restaurant demand
Controls profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
Recruits, interviews, and hires team members, conducts performance appraisals, takes disciplinary action, motivates and trains
Ensures that the restaurant is in compliance with the preventative maintenance program with regards to facility, equipment, and grounds maintenance
Maintains operations by preparing policies and standard operating procedures, aiming for consistent productivity and quality
المهارات
Qualifications:
Open to European and Western nationals
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or any hospitality certifications
At least 5 years of experience in the same role from (F&B;hospitality groups) high end/fine dining restaurant
Experience in pre-opening is a plus
Candidate who can speak French is an advantage
Can join on January 2023 and can attend openhouse on either November 16 and 17
