Role Summary
The Digital Transformation Consultant is responsible for leading end-to-end digital transformation initiatives and projects from strategy definition to roll-out and implementation: ideation, incubating processes or technologies, acceleration & operational integration, measurement & evaluation. Digital transformation projects may vary in complexity from digital initiative definition to organization-wide, multi-disciplinary digital transformation programs. The manager will be responsible for leading the project delivery team and managing internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Grow the digital transformation consulting practice by identifying business opportunities inside the group companies and outside
Lead the design and implementation of digital transformation projects and programs by orchestrating all involved stakeholders, overseeing all deliverables and streams
Lead end to end engagements, guide and supervise team members, manage stakeholders’ expectations, manage project timeline, deliverables and financials
Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders on digital strategies and digital transformations
Apply deep financial acumen and support identification and development of innovative value creation opportunities for sustained growth and profitability
Work with and lead multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams
Train and coach junior resources
Digitally savvy; curious and passionate about leveraging technology to drive impact on business and society

6-7 years of outstanding performance as a consultant at a top-tier consulting firm (Big 4 experience preferred) or in a digital transformation/ innovation role for a renowned industrial enterprise/ startup
Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, or social sciences from a globally renowned university
MBA from a globally renowned university or institute (Preferred)
Deep understanding of how technology and digital unlock value for business
Deep understanding of Digital/IT strategy, Business Operating Models, and Financial Models
Creative and with excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interest and ideally first exposure across different industry verticals, particularly healthcare, logistics, and supply chain
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills and an entrepreneurial “can-do” mindset
Team player mindset with strong interpersonal skills and willingness to go the extra mile
Initial work experience in the Middle East (Preferred)
Business fluent in English (Arabic strongly preferred)
