Deal directly with customers via email using Zendesk customer support software
You will be responsible for responding to and following up on support requests
Recording details of requests, comments and complaints
Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Understand the demand of consumers to provide timely service and solutions.
Refer important insights and unresolved customer complaints to supervisor
Active participation in the further development of customer support

Enthusiasm for cosmetics
Strong communication skills
Strong customer focus and independent working
At least fluent in English (spoken and written). Additional languages also welcome. German or French is a plus
