Hiring Assistant Accountant
Requirements:
• Work Experience as an accounting assistant or accounting clerk
• Knowledge of basic Bookeeping procedure
• Familiarity with finance regulation
• Good amth skill and ability to spot numerical errors
• Hands on experience with MS excel, and accounting software
• BSC/BA Accounting finance, or relevant field
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the same field
Responsibilties:
• Reconcile invoices and indentify discrepancies
• Handle petty cash and create and update expense report
• Process and verifies reimbursement forms
• Prepare bank deposit and process payments
• Enter financial transaction into internal database
• Check spreadsheet for accuracy
• Maintain digital and physical financial record
• Issue Invoice to customer and external partner, as needed
• Review and file payroll documents
• Participate in quarterly and annual audit
